The annual International Handicraft Trade Fair (Inacraft), which showcases handicraft products from micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), has returned. This year's Inacraft carries the theme "From Smart Village to Global Market" and takes place from 23 to 27 March 2022 at the Jakarta Convention Center.

Inacraft 2022 marks an important opportunity for many stakeholders, particularly MSMEs, to recover and grow. PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) continues to encourage its assisted MSMEs to seize every available opportunity, including participating in Inacraft 2022.

As is widely recognised, MSMEs are one of the key drivers of Indonesia's national economy. Through this exhibition, KAI is supporting several of its assisted MSME partners, including Hirka Official, Hilza Collection, Yearn, Imah Batik Bandung, Batik Mawar Putih, and Sugarindo. These KAI-assisted businesses are showcasing a variety of creative products, including copper handicrafts, knitted fashion products, chicken claw leather shoes, batik, eco-print products, and leather crafts.

Visitors who wish to explore the KAI Assisted MSME booth at Inacraft can visit Plenary Hall, Booths 55–56, where they can enjoy a variety of attractive offers and special discounts.

Through this opportunity, KAI hopes its assisted MSMEs will continue expanding their business networks and marketing reach, enabling them to grow and thrive despite the challenges posed by the pandemic. KAI also remains committed to supporting its business partners in becoming more competitive MSMEs and expanding into the global market.

For information, Inacraft 2022 is recognised as one of the largest handicraft exhibitions in Southeast Asia. Unlike previous years, this year's exhibition is being held in a hybrid format, combining both online and offline activities. The international-scale national handicraft exhibition features 722 participants, consisting of 510 individual exhibitors, 169 exhibitors supported by government agencies, and 43 exhibitors supported by state-owned enterprises (SOEs), along with 150 online merchant stores for the virtual exhibition.
