As the name suggests, this place allows you to take a shower, get ready, and rent a locker at an affordable price with complete facilities. This Shower and Locker facility can be found in several strategic locations, namely Gambir Station, Selasar Malioboro, and most recently, Pasar Senen Station.

VP Public Relations of KAI, Joni Martinus, said that the rates for using the Shower & Locker facility are divided into two categories: shower fees and locker rental fees. For showers, the charge per person varies depending on the location. At Pasar Senen Station, the price starts from IDR 40,000, at Selasar Malioboro IDR 50,000, and at Gambir Station IDR 70,000.

“Inside the bathroom, there is a place to store belongings, so customers do not need to rent a locker if they only want to take a shower,” said Joni.

In addition, locker rental services also have varying rates depending on size and rental duration. At Pasar Senen Station and Gambir Station, locker rental starts from IDR 10,000, while at Selasar Malioboro it starts from IDR 20,000.

The facilities provided in the Shower and Locker service are very complete, including hot-water showers, clean toilets, bathing amenities such as towels, soap, and shampoo, hair dryers, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, free steam iron, free coffee, and lockers. The Shower and Locker operates every day, giving users flexibility to use the service whenever needed.

“For those who want to try it, the Shower and Locker facility is open 24 hours at Gambir Station and Selasar Malioboro, while at Pasar Senen Station it operates from 05:00 to 23:00 WIB. Users also do not need to worry because the payment system is very easy. Payments can be made in cash, debit or credit cards, QRIS, or electronic money, providing various payment options,” Joni explained.

With the Shower and Locker facilities from KAI Wisata, both train passengers and the general public can now enjoy more comfortable and practical services. This innovation is expected to improve service quality, provide convenience, and increase user satisfaction while at the station.
