Commemorating the 77th Anniversary, KAI Adopts the Theme Rise Faster, Serve Better
PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) adopted the theme Rise Faster, Serve Better at the commemoration of the 77th anniversary which falls on Wednesday, September 28, 2022.
The theme aims to ignite the fighting spirit of all KAI people, so they are able to revive the company's condition faster and provide even better services to the public.

Rise Faster, Serve Better
KAI must continue to be able to answer customer needs, providing a different travel experience, by delivering services that match KAI's customer segments through the utilization of digitalization. This even better service moves on one key strategy, namely Customer Centricity, which means understanding widely and fundamentally the needs of customers. The Customer Centric strategy focuses on the concept of ensuring that customers become the primary matter in the company's philosophy, operations, and service development. President Director of KAI Didiek Hartantyo said that 77 Years does not only mean a number, but also an achievement of KAI's performance in serving the nation. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, KAI was also able to show its existence as a company that could not only survive in facing crisis pressures, but also rise faster with positive performance as proven by the achievements during the 1st semester of this 2022. "We should certainly be grateful together for a number of these achievements and they are the result of hard work that would not be realized without strong synergy and collaboration between KAI and all stakeholders," said Didiek. KAI has a reputation as a reliable State-Owned Enterprise that is capable of answering the challenges of existing changes. The company already possesses the strength of long experience in transforming railway management in Indonesia. "InsyaAllah, KAI will definitely be able to complete the two big mandates given by the Government to KAI, namely the Jabodebek LRT Project and the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Train. The completion of these two national strategic projects is our shared agenda which next we must also be able to deliver, and it is the foundation for future railway development in Indonesia," said Didiek.
