
Bekasi Timur Station Temporarily Suspends Passenger Services, KRL Services Terminate at Bekasi Station
PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) stated that temporarily, East Bekasi Station is not serving passenger boarding and alighting activities, as an impact of the operational incident that occurred in the East Bekasi Station area, Operation Area 1 Jakarta.
KAI apologizes to all customers for the inconvenience arising from this incident.
"We apologize to all customers for the inconvenience that has occurred. Currently, our main focus is handling the situation at the location and ensuring that safety and customer services continue to be met," said KAI Vice President of Corporate Communication, Anne Purba.
For customers who intend to travel by train, they can temporarily use services through Bekasi Station until further notice. Operational travel toward the Bekasi route is also still undergoing adjustments along with the handling process in the field.
KAI continues to coordinate with all relevant parties to accelerate the handling and service recovery process so that operations can return to normal as soon as possible. The latest information will be delivered regularly through KAI's official channels.
