All Long-Distance Train Services Operating Normally Today
PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) stated that until today, Thursday (30/4), all Long-Distance Train journeys have been operating normally without any cancellations. The service recovery process continues and is showing positive progress.
During this operational adjustment period, train journeys still have the potential to experience slight delays. KAI continues to carry out gradual operational arrangements by prioritizing safety aspects and travel smoothness.
KAI Vice President of Corporate Communication Anne Purba stated that KAI continues to ensure services can run well again while fulfilling customer rights.
"We apologize for the inconvenience felt by customers. In this recovery process, we ask for understanding if journeys still experience delays. KAI continues to strive so that services run smoothly again and customer rights remain fulfilled," Anne said.
In line with the handling process in the field, KAI also conveyed developments in handling left-behind customer luggage. As of April 30, 2026, at 08.30 Western Indonesia Time, 85 items were recorded found. Of that number, 38 items have been handed over to their owners, while the remaining 47 are still in the process of being handed over.
Items found by evacuation officers on the Commuter Line trainset No. 5568A have been handed over to Passenger Service officers at East Bekasi Station to be cataloged and secured.
KAI urges users, families, or relatives who feel they have lost items to come directly to East Bekasi Station and contact the Lost and Found service for the retrieval process.
KAI ensures that every stage of recovery is carried out carefully and measuredly so that train journeys can run safely.
