Weekend can be a moment to take a short break from routine. For many people, traveling by train is the right choice to enjoy time, with a more relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

On April 24, 2026, more than 142,828 passengers were recorded departing using trains. The trips were utilized to return to hometowns, meet family, and enjoy a short time out of town.
KAI Vice President of Corporate Communication Anne Purba stated that traveling by train has become increasingly close to people's daily lives.
"Traveling by train provides space to enjoy time more relaxedly. Passengers can order food and drinks from their seats, chat with friends or family, or enjoy the scenery along the trip," Anne said.
Inside the train, the atmosphere feels more relaxed. Some choose to sit back while enjoying meals, some start light chats with traveling companions, and others simply enjoy the view from behind the window. The stable travel rhythm makes time feel more comfortable to enjoy.
Nevertheless, KAI invites all passengers to continue maintaining mutual comfort during the trip, including while chatting, so that the atmosphere remains conducive for everyone.
