The widespread distribution of high passenger volumes throughout this period demonstrates that public movement took place more evenly from the beginning to the end of the transport window. This pattern allowed train operations to maintain stability amid peak mobility.
KAI ensures every journey is operated under consistent safety and punctuality standards, supported by fleet and infrastructure readiness, as well as field personnel on alert throughout the Eid Transport period.
The utilization of digital technology also reinforces service convenience for passengers, from the booking process through to station departure, making travel more practical and efficient.
Ticket sales exceeding seat capacity reflect the optimization of passenger boarding and alighting patterns at intermediate stations, enabling a single seat to be utilized by more than one passenger during a single trip.
KAI views this high level of public trust as encouragement to continuously enhance service quality, both operationally and regarding customer experience.
"We extend our gratitude for the public's trust in choosing train services during the 2026 Eid Transport period. KAI will continue to maintain service consistency and pursue enhancements to ensure customer journeys remain safe, comfortable, and punctual," Anne concluded.
