
1,188,930 Tickets for Eid 2026 Sold, Sales Continue in Stages According to the H-45 Scheme
PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) recorded continued positive trends in ticket sales for the 2026 Eid Transportation period. As of February 12, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. WIB, a total of 1,188,930 tickets had been sold for departures from March 11 to March 29, 2026. This figure is expected to continue increasing as the next stages of ticket sales are opened.
Vice President of Corporate Communication KAI Anne Purba stated that ticket sales are conducted in stages following the H-45 scheme before the departure date, allowing the public to plan their journeys earlier and in a more organized manner.
Some dates with the highest number of customers as of February 12, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. WIB, include:
- March 24, 2026: 93,079 customers
- March 19, 2026: 89,222 customers
- March 23, 2026: 87,890 customers
- March 18, 2026: 84,885 customers
Based on preliminary data, the following are the 10 trains with the highest number of customers during the period for which ticket sales have been opened:
- Airlangga Train, Pasar Senen–Surabaya Pasarturi (round trip): 48,609 customers
- Bengawan Train, Pasar Senen–Purwosari (round trip): 39,359 customers
- Serayu Train, Pasar Senen–Kiaracondong–Purwokerto (round trip): 38,282 customers
- Sri Tanjung Train, Ketapang–Lempuyangan (round trip): 36,697 customers
- Kahuripan Train, Kiaracondong–Blitar (round trip): 35,184 customers
- Sawunggalih Train, Kutoarjo–Pasar Senen (round trip): 32,546 customers
- Rajabasa Train, Kertapati–Tanjung Karang (round trip): 30,986 customers
- Probowangi Train, Surabaya Gubeng–Ketapang (round trip): 21,864 customers
- Joglosemarkerto Train, Solo Balapan–Purwokerto–Tegal–Semarang Tawang–Solo Balapan: 20,982 customers
- Bukit Serelo Train, Kertapati–Lubuklinggau (round trip): 19,593 customers
“We encourage people who have not yet obtained tickets for their desired dates or routes to continue monitoring the opening of the next ticket sales according to the established schedule. Customers can also use the connecting train feature on the Access by KAI application to arrange alternative journeys,” said Anne.
Anne also encouraged the public to purchase tickets through KAI’s official sales channels, such as the Access by KAI application, the kai.id website, and official partners working with KAI to ensure secure and convenient transactions.
