According to KAI Vice President of Corporate Communication, Anne Purba, school holidays provide the perfect opportunity for families to spend quality time together. The strong demand for discounted tickets reflects customers' continued trust in train travel as a comfortable, reliable, and convenient way to reach destinations across Indonesia.
"We're inviting everyone who is still planning their holiday to take advantage of the remaining discounted seats. Book early, choose your preferred travel dates, and make sure your travel information is complete before departure," said Anne.
Customer enthusiasm is especially visible during the holiday weekends. On 26 June, 85,397 customers traveled using discounted tickets, followed by 82,809 passengers on 27 June, and 76,685 passengers on 28 June, highlighting trains as one of Indonesia's favorite holiday transportation choices.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience, KAI encourages customers to arrive at the station early, travel with essential luggage, keep an eye on children while at the station, and follow staff instructions throughout the journey.
"School holidays are all about creating meaningful family moments. At KAI, we're committed to making every trip safe, comfortable, and enjoyable from the moment customers arrive at the station until they reach their destination," Anne added.
Travelers who are still planning their holiday getaway are encouraged to check ticket availability regularly through the Access by KAI app and KAI's official ticketing channels.
