Access to ticket purchases was temporarily disrupted on Tuesday, August 11, 2026. While the recovery process was underway, customers could still purchase tickets through the KAI 121 Contact Center and station ticket counters.

The disruption temporarily affected ticket purchasing services through Access by KAI. As an alternative, customers who needed tickets and travel information could continue accessing available service channels.

The recovery process was then continued through scheduled system maintenance starting at 9:00 PM WIB. During the maintenance period, ticket bookings could temporarily only be made offline through station ticket counters.

The maintenance was carried out as part of the recovery process and system strengthening efforts to ensure that the service could return to normal and be used optimally by customers.

Online ticket purchasing services were targeted to become accessible again starting at 11:00 PM WIB. Throughout the process, the relevant teams continued working to ensure that the recovery was completed according to the target.

For customers planning to travel during the affected period, ticket purchases could still be made through the KAI 121 Contact Center before the maintenance process began and through station ticket counters while online services remained unavailable.

Travel information and ticket purchases remained a key priority throughout the recovery process to ensure that customer needs could continue to be served. Once the system returned to normal, online ticket purchasing services would become available again.

The maintenance process was part of the effort to ensure that digital services could return to smooth operation. Customers were encouraged to adjust their ticket purchasing schedules and use the available alternative channels while the recovery process was underway.
