KAI Expands New Generation Economy Train Services: More Comfortable and Modern

Good news for those who frequently travel by train, especially in the economy class! KAI is actively rolling out the Economy New Generation trains. The idea? Economy class trains are now much more comfortable and modern!

If economy seats used to be known for being upright and causing fatigue quickly, they have now been completely redesigned to be ergonomic with more spacious legroom between seats.

The best improvement: all seats now face the direction of travel! Goodbye to the common complaint of sitting backwards during the journey. The seats are now more stable, modern, and comfortable.

KAI Vice President of Public Relations, Anne Purba, said this innovation reflects the company’s commitment to providing equal quality service for all customers, in line with the spirit of “Serving You Better.”
