The Suite Class Compartment Train is designed to provide maximum customer privacy, with only 16 private rooms in one train, each dedicated to individual passengers.

President Director of KAI, Didiek Hartantyo, said that with the presence of the Suite Class Compartment Train, KAI aims to create an exceptional and extraordinary customer experience to improve service quality. A new customer experience that offers personal experience and full privacy with luxury.

Facilities that can only be found in the Suite Class Compartment Train include automatic sliding doors, seats that can be reclined up to 180 degrees and rotated (revolving) to adjust to the direction of travel. Not only that, the angles of the headrest, footrest, and seat body can also be adjusted. The seat is also equipped with a foldable tray that can function as a dining table or work desk.

During the journey, passengers are provided with complete facilities, including seat warmers and massage features that can be adjusted via control buttons on each seat, enhancing comfort and making the trip memorable. In addition, entertainment facilities are also available near the window, with a Train Onboard Infotainment System featuring various popular movies, music from different genres, and national television channels that can be enjoyed throughout the journey. Passengers are also treated to food services including appetizers, main courses, desserts, various beverages, and other special services. In addition, a spacious granite-themed toilet facility is equipped with an automatic toilet, automatic sink with mirror, automatic hand dryer, automatic soap dispenser, and LED lighting that enhances a luxurious, advanced, and hygienic impression in the Suite Class Compartment Train.

To create a comfortable atmosphere, the interior design is dominated by golden brown colors with dim lighting and decorative ornaments inspired by the Dayak tribe. Currently, the Suite Class Compartment Train operates on the Bima train service with the Gambir–Surabaya Gubeng round trip route and the Argo Semeru train with the Gambir–Surabaya Gubeng round trip route, with promotional fares for the period October 10–31, 2023 starting from IDR 1,950,000.
