Goalpara Tea Park, Greenlane Coffee & Eatery, and Elss Resort offer special rates for Commercial and Non-Commercial KAI train passengers, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions

1. Train passengers must present a Boarding Pass, E-Boarding Pass, or Access by KAI Membership issued in their own name, along with a valid identification card for verification.
2. Passengers from all KAI train classes are eligible for the promotion by presenting their original Boarding Pass/E-Boarding Pass at the time of purchase or reservation to claim the discount.
3. Passengers are entitled to the following special offers:
   • Greenlane Coffee & Eatery: 10% off food and beverages.
   • Goalpara Tea Park: 50% off admission, from the regular price of IDR 50,000/visit to IDR 25,000/visit.
   • Elss Resort: 20% off room stays.
4. Elss Resort reservations can be made walk-in or via chat with the admin.
5. The Boarding Pass/Train Ticket is valid for the promotion up to 7 days after the travel date (H+7).
6. The discount is valid Monday through Sunday, including National Public Holidays.
7. During Christmas and New Year (NATARU), Eid al-Fitr, and Eid al-Adha, the promotional discount remains applicable according to the stated terms, with an additional surcharge as follows:
   • Deluxe Room: IDR 500,000/room
   • Suite Room: IDR 1,000,000/room
8. The NATARU surcharge applies on December 24–25, December 31, and January 1.
9. The Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha surcharge applies from 1 day before (H-1) to 2 days after (H+2) the respective holiday each year.
