Terms and Conditions

  1. Train passengers must present a Boarding Pass or train ticket under their own name, along with a valid identification card for verification.
  2. The promotion can be enjoyed by presenting the original Boarding Pass/train ticket when making a reservation or booking to receive the special rate.
  3. The Boarding Pass/train ticket is valid for the special offer for a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days from the departure date stated on the ticket.
  4. The special rate is valid for 1 (one) ticket under the same passenger's name and cannot be combined or multiplied.
  5. The special rate is subject to room availability.
  6. The special rate cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
  7. The offer is valid until 15 December 2026.
  8. The special rate is not valid during high season periods, including Public Holidays, Eid Al-Fitr Joint Holiday, Christmas, and New Year (Nataru).
